Adjust Clip Speed in Bulk in Descript Storyboard

If you need to change clip properties in bulk in Descript, you'll find it's not as easy as you'd think. Once you've made cuts and edits in your composition, particularly after removing filler words or closing word gaps and such, you typically end up with tens or even hundreds of small clips. 

Changing their properties in bulk can be a challenge. And not just for speed, even volume or other properties.

Let's say you want to speed up or slow down the entire composition and make the speed 0.9x on all clips. Selecting a clip on the timeline and then looking on the sidebar will only let you change one clip's properties at a time. 

And the sidebar doesn't allow selecting multiple clips:

Select any clip, use the sidebar properties to change its speed. Apply that property change. If you slowed it down, you will see a small icon like a tortoise on the clip: A tortoise indicates the clip has been slowed down. You'll see a rabbit when speeding up.

After applying that clip's speed, copy the clip to clipboard.

Then, select all other clips you want to apply that clip speed change to. You can use the Shift key to select a range of clips. Do not select with the Range tool, that won't work.

Finally, press Ctrl + Shift + V (Paste attributes). On the Mac it's Cmd + Shift + V. This should apply that same clip speed transformation to all of them. 

Neat, right?

Word of warning

There's also a command to Paste Attributes if you right-click on the selected clips, but from what I've noticed, that doesn't work. It will only paste the attribute to the clip you've selected.

But using the keyboard shortcut seems to work. At least for now. I hope Descript don't remove this feature and make it work on the right-click menu as well. It is a timesaver. Why would they remove it, right?
